Onsite inspector conducted a follow-up and found that the violation regarding the front yard and sidewalk overgrown vegetation and removal of cactus arms was resolved. However, refuse and debris was still present in the form of the palm fronds still present in the side yard. The palm tree still needs to be trimmed to removed the dead fronds hanging within 10 ft off the ground. Lastly, the back yard also still does need attending regarding the overgrown weeds/grass able to be observed from the public right of way. Contact was made with owner and a 2 week extension to resolve the issue was requested and granted. |

A Follow-up inspection was conducted and it was observed that the palm tree was trimmed which only left the refuse/debris (pile of dead palm fronds) left from the side of the house. Attempt was made to reach owner/resident onsite and opver the phone but was unsuccessful. Follow-up will be conducted and if violation is not resolved, a Citation will be issued. |
