08/18/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Breakers were repaired on property and an A/C was installed without permits. Additionally, there is a conduiit box in the hallway that is full of loose wires, electrical tape , and I am unable to determine which wires have a live load on them. This box of wires is held in by what appears to be a ruler covered in electrical tape.
09/21/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Spoke to the owner who indicated that the PM was working on permits. I told him that there were no permits on file whatsoever. He is calling them and getting back to me. The tenant is moving out and will likely be out by end of month. Tenant indicated that two weeks after the inspection, a contactor came and cleared the electrical box saying it was not active.
