Breakers were repaired on property and an A/C was installed without permits. Additionally, there is a conduiit box in the hallway that is full of loose wires, electrical tape , and I am unable to determine which wires have a live load on them. This box of wires is held in by what appears to be a ruler covered in electrical tape. |
