Spoke to the owner who indicated that the PM was working on permits. I told him that there were no permits on file whatsoever. He is calling them and getting back to me. The tenant is moving out and will likely be out by end of month. Tenant indicated that two weeks after the inspection, a contactor came and cleared the electrical box saying it was not active. |
