ADDED COMPLAINT ON 09/09/2025 / Veronica Escobar built an ELEVEN FOOT TALL fence between our properties. I warned her that a permit is required for fences over SEVEN FOOT TALL. She ignored me and built the ILLEGAL fence anyway. Two weeks ago the fence blew down damaging the legacy brick wall and exposing my backyard to her unprotected swimming pool. Please encourage her to fix her violations. RWOP / A poorly designed wall 11' tall and 8' tall on the uphill side is destroying original structures. There was not permit or engineering - the structure has failed and destroyed property.

09/10/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 208 PM - Arrived and found entire alley wall is secure. Side gate wall is secure. Owner granted access to rear yard voluntarily. Per owner, a microburst destroyed a wood and metal panel fence added to the top of the existing block wall, which caused part of the block wall to collapse into her yard. There is a temporary fence up that prevents access to the pool. I felt the posts and fence is sturdy. Issued a 30 day NOV to owner to repair block wall. -VM
