208 PM - Arrived and found entire alley wall is secure. Side gate wall is secure. Owner granted access to rear yard voluntarily. Per owner, a microburst destroyed a wood and metal panel fence added to the top of the existing block wall, which caused part of the block wall to collapse into her yard. There is a temporary fence up that prevents access to the pool. I felt the posts and fence is sturdy. Issued a 30 day NOV to owner to repair block wall. -VM |
