I warned her that a permit is required for fences over SEVEN FOOT TALL. She ignored me and built the ILLEGAL fence anyway. Two weeks ago the fence blew down damaging the legacy brick wall and exposing my backyard to her unprotected swimming pool. Please encourage her to fix her violations. RWOP / A poorly designed wall 11' tall and 8' tall on the uphill side is destroying original structures. There was not permit or engineering - the structure has failed and destroyed property. |
