Owner came to speak with me and was visibly angry. He expressed that another investigator cleared his property for the same issue several months ago. I told him that regardless, the state of the property was in violation of City Code. He made me quote to him the exact violation and was more frustrated after I did. I provided him my number and told him I would work with him on a timeline that is fair because he stated he had a back injury. | |
