I asked why they waiting until the day of a follow up to begin the work and they said they had been busy w work and had just not had the time; the owner is recovering from a back injury. I told them that I would provide a 10 day extension and if progress had been made I would consider doing so again but was not encouraged by the lack of progress thus far. | |
