There is a large accumulation of trash, refuse, and miscellaneous outdoor storage throughout the front and side yards and it appears to extend to the rear yard. Owner came to speak with me and was visibly angry. He expressed that another investigator cleared his property for the same issue several months ago. I told him that regardless, the state of the property was in violation of City Code. He made me quote to him the exact violation and was more frustrated after I did. I provided him my number and told him I would work with him on a timeline that is fair because he stated he had a back injury. |
