07/03/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Property Mgmt sent out a message to tenants making them aware the AC would be down today while they make repairs to the ac unit. Portable units were provided to the tenants affected by this repair. Person who complained is upset because of a lease disagreement issue. Property Mgmt was able to provide proof that occupant does have ac, also occupant requested all vents be closed. Property Mgmt. sent occupant a message regarding the lease disagreement and occupant responded. Property Mgmt also had documentation that the occupants unit was treated for roached recently however since the treatment the occupant has been mad because they entered the unit to treat for roaches. Closing this case.
07/15/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Occupant called early Saturday morning stating he does not have ac. States he is at home. Called Property Mgmt. left vm regarding the complaint requested to hear back immediately regarding this issue. Property Mgmt calls back. Occupant sends email to property Mgmt allowing them access because he is now at work so authorization is required to enter the rental unit. Property Mgmt Staff face time me showing they enter the corrent rental unit. Occupant is at home (not at work). Staff takes heat gun and shows the ac in the bedroom, bathroom, living-room and kitchen the ac is blowing at 77 degrees. Verifies occupant does have ac. While on facetime. I do let staff and occupant know. I am closing out this case. No roach infestation and ac is working. Close case.
