Portable units were provided to the tenants affected by this repair. Person who complained is upset because of a lease disagreement issue. Property Mgmt was able to provide proof that occupant does have ac, also occupant requested all vents be closed. Property Mgmt. sent occupant a message regarding the lease disagreement and occupant responded. Property Mgmt also had documentation that the occupants unit was treated for roached recently however since the treatment the occupant has been mad because they entered the unit to treat for roaches. Closing this case. |
