Called Property Mgmt. left vm regarding the complaint requested to hear back immediately regarding this issue. Property Mgmt calls back. Occupant sends email to property Mgmt allowing them access because he is now at work so authorization is required to enter the rental unit. Property Mgmt Staff face time me showing they enter the corrent rental unit. Occupant is at home (not at work). Staff takes heat gun and shows the ac in the bedroom, bathroom, living-room and kitchen the ac is blowing at 77 degrees. Verifies occupant does have ac. While on facetime.
I do let staff and occupant know. I am closing out this case. No roach infestation and ac is working. Close case.
07/15/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Co-worker covering for me on 7/12/14. Occupant states he is at work and co-worker is unable to verify ac.
09/12/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Occupant calls and states he doesn't have ac. Occupant at the office working unable to meet me on site. Met w/Property Mgr. Occupant has to send an email authorizing access to the rental unit. Ck rental unit. Unit doesn't have ac. Property Mgmt state the work is being worked on and will be turned back on after they finish working on the system. Issue a 24 hour notice to have ac up and working or to provide temporary cooling unit until the system is back up and working.
