05/12/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property, TFD left scene prior to my arrival, large pine uprooted and fell on the roof of unit 213 on Southside of building and is currently leaning on roof causing what appears to structural damage to roof beams and wood supports, shingles, from the what i can see from ground level. More damage possible, did not observed any damage inside unit. Unit is condemned at this time until repairs or safety can be confirmed and verified and all repairs are made with permits as needed within 60 days. all electric to units F212, F213, and F214 have been isolated at panel. Units F212,F214 are vacant at this time. A structural engineer will be required within 72 hrs to verify safety of the section affected. indemnification signed by property management do not occupy posted front of unit.
05/14/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site property inspection. The property is still in violation. This is the first follow up for the tree into the apartment complex. I met with the property management in person. I’ll let them know. They need to get licensed contractors to fix the roof of the apartment. I also let them know they will be getting a notice of violation in the mail. I also let them know. They have 60 days until I follow up again.
