On site property inspection. The property is still in violation. This is the first follow up for the tree into the apartment complex. I met with the property management in person. I’ll let them know. They need to get licensed contractors to fix the roof of the apartment. I also let them know they will be getting a notice of violation in the mail. I also let them know. They have 60 days until I follow up again. |
