On site at property, TFD left scene prior to my arrival, large pine uprooted and fell on the roof of unit 213 on Southside of building and is currently leaning on roof causing what appears to structural damage to roof beams and wood supports, shingles, from the what i can see from ground level. More damage possible, did not observed any damage inside unit. Unit is condemned at this time until repairs or safety can be confirmed and verified and all repairs are made with permits as needed within 60 days. all electric to units F212, F213, and F214 have been isolated at panel. Units F212,F214 are vacant at this time. A structural engineer will be required within 72 hrs to verify safety of the section affected. indemnification signed by property management do not occupy posted front of unit. |
