05/11/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site at property with TPD, and tenant who states is responsible for unit. Tenant allowed permission for CE to inspect Unit. TPD report three holes that are unsafe and a hazard. 2 holes in the kitchen, large hole in the shower, and holes in the main entrance living room. Unit is unsanitary. Unit is not providing proper cooling from A/C or cooling of 86 degrees or below. Hand delivered NOV was given and signed by responsible party/person living in unit.
05/26/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 5/15/26 - On site at property with Inspector A.G. and responsible party. Progress has been made for this property. Holes that were on the floor has been covered and are in repair stage. There is still a hole in the bathroom shower which is temporarily closed off and responsible party is working on repairs. Hole in the living room has been covered, hole in the kitchen has been covered. Room temperature read at 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the unit. Measurements were taken at a distance of three (3) feet above the floor in center of the room. The unit is still unsanitary, some progress has been to clean, however, at this time still violation.
