On site at property with TPD, and tenant who states is responsible for unit. Tenant allowed permission for CE to inspect Unit. TPD report three holes that are unsafe and a hazard. 2 holes in the kitchen, large hole in the shower, and holes in the main entrance living room. Unit is unsanitary. Unit is not providing proper cooling from A/C or cooling of 86 degrees or below. Hand delivered NOV was given and signed by responsible party/person living in unit. |
