5/15/26 - On site at property with Inspector A.G. and responsible party. Progress has been made for this property. Holes that were on the floor has been covered and are in repair stage. There is still a hole in the bathroom shower which is temporarily closed off and responsible party is working on repairs. Hole in the living room has been covered, hole in the kitchen has been covered. Room temperature read at 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the unit. Measurements were taken at a distance of three (3) feet above the floor in center of the room. The unit is still unsanitary, some progress has been to clean, however, at this time still violation. |
