According to documents on the county assessor website, there wa a landsplit in 2022 that seperated the address in question from the parcel directly north an created a utility/ingress/egress easment bufferingthe two properties. The owners of 2535 erected a chainlink fence w/o permits that blocks access to the easment and by extension, the northern parcel.
