Met the complaintent at the property to review the fene that was blocking his access to his recently purchased parcel directly north opf the property in violation. According to documents on the county assessor website, there wa a landsplit in 2022 that seperated the address in question from the parcel directly north an created a utility/ingress/egress easment bufferingthe two properties. The owners of 2535 erected a chainlink fence w/o permits that blocks access to the easment and by extension, the northern parcel. |
