No changes have occured on the proeprty. Apparently the owners title company is taking responsability for the mistake and working through a seperate process to see it resolved. I explained to the owner that I cannot wait indefinetly while they figure it out so I advise him to lean on them for a resolution and provide them my contact. |

No permits on file for the perimeter fence or the chainlink. The owners of the north and south parcels are in a seperate conflict regarding access to the easement which neither is willing to back down from. I have narrowed the scope of the case to focus on permitting. |
