05/24/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with management and they stated that they repaired it. Did go to the unit and the unit was not working. Did call the manager and she was trying to call me due to it was the wrong unit. They did send a tech to check the unit and was going to check the batteries in the thermostat than check the condenser. I did leave the site due to not knowing how long they were going to take to check the unit. Will call to check on what was done. RV.
05/25/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The unit was operable and not able to set the temperature and not able to adjust and was turning off at the breaker. The tech was coming over to check on adjusting the temperature. Will call back later on if able to adjust. RV.
