Met with management and they stated that they repaired it. Did go to the unit and the unit was not working. Did call the manager and she was trying to call me due to it was the wrong unit. They did send a tech to check the unit and was going to check the batteries in the thermostat than check the condenser. I did leave the site due to not knowing how long they were going to take to check the unit. Will call to check on what was done. RV. |
