04/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with the mother of the tenant and she showed me the areas that need to be addresses. The balcony in the master bedroom has waste from the pigeon that stay on the wood beam for the porch over the balcony. The metal railing and the concrete floor has pigeon waste through out. The closet doors in the middle bedroom are off the track, has a light in the dinning room that flickers when turned on and sometimes stay off than comes on. They have roaches and the tenants are not willing to leave the unit when sprayed, due to have no where to go. The tenant has been spraying at night when the kids are put to bed. Did meet with the management and they will check the issues and make the needed repairs. Will check next week on Friday. RV.
08/25/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Talk to the tenant and did not file the court hearing for eviction. The tenant has had no contact with the management and has moved out. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
