06/07/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Met with the family and nothing has been done. They did look at the work being requested for and did not come back. Did talk to the mom and she showed other work that is being requested to be done. Did meet with management and there was a meeting with the manager, maintenance supervisor and the listed tenant. The work is going to be done and working with the tenant that is listed for the unit. The work should be done in the next couple of weeks. The pigeon poop still on the deck outside the master bedroom, the dinning room light not addressed, the closet doors are still falling off, the bathroom sink going to be replaced with new, the carpet still has stains, the kitchen sink base has tape and will be repaired to not have the tape. Will check in 3-weeks. RV.
07/26/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the unit and the unit is vacant and unsecured. Did meet with the management and gave a copy of the N.O.V. to the manager in the office. The management is stating that they have not been allowed into the unit and not able to make the corrections. The unit has nothing in the unit and has been cleaned. The door was opened and not able to lock the door. Did let the management know of the unit vacant and not locked. Will call the tenant to check where to meet to get the copy of the N.O.V. RV.
08/25/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Talk to the tenant and did not file the court hearing for eviction. The tenant has had no contact with the management and has moved out. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
