Breaker must remain off until repairs are made. Hole into drywall behind stove, tenant states rodents enter apartment here as well. Rodent droppings behind stove. Hole into the drywall has been sealed, although not in a workmanlike manner. Did not observe any rodents and tenant states has not had any issues since repairs were made. Cooling system was turned on and produces cold air. Violations have been abated, will close case. -VM |
