823 AM - Contact on site with tenant, HVAC filter box has been replaced and drywall around it, as well as the cut out facing the kitchen have been repaired and repainted. Hole into the drywall has been sealed, although not in a workmanlike manner. Did not observe any rodents and tenant states has not had any issues since repairs were made. Cooling system was turned on and produces cold air. Violations have been abated, will close case. -VM |
