936 AM - Drywall removed near HVAC system, tenant states rodents enter apartment from the hole. Able to see daylight out of the roof system. Exposed live wires hanging from ceiling, was able to isolate power to the number five breaker to eliminate the imminent hazard. Breaker must remain off until repairs are made. Hole into drywall behind stove, tenant states rodents enter apartment here as well. Rodent droppings behind stove. Cooling system does not turn on. -VM |
