Observed rodent droppings in the pantry. Entire ceiling near HVAC system is removed. Tenant states rodents coming through this hole. Able to see into the attic. Per tenant, complex replaced a structural beam. Did observe a new concrete footer and appears a beam was replaced by unit 119. Requires a permit and engineering. Will issue a 30 day notice. -VM | |
