Small hole in ceiling, drywall is bubbled and damaged, appears to have been a water leak in this location above the kitchen sink. Observed dead roaches in kitchen cabinets. Observed rodent droppings in the pantry. Entire ceiling near HVAC system is removed. Tenant states rodents coming through this hole. Able to see into the attic. Per tenant, complex replaced a structural beam. Did observe a new concrete footer and appears a beam was replaced by unit 119. Requires a permit and engineering. Will issue a 30 day notice. -VM
