The hole in the ceiling in the kitchen has been repaired and repainted. The large hole into the ceiling near the HVAC system has been repaired and the HVAC filter enclosure is replaced. Drywall has been painted. Did not observe any rodents in the pantry or in any of the cabinets. Sliding door was able to be opened and closed. Violations have been abated inside of Unit 133. Permit TC-COM-0523-01313 for structural beam has been applied for, will leave case open to address this. -VM | |
