I spoke with two tenants who explained to me that they have cleaned the area prior to my arrival so there would not be anything for me to witness. I did observe a swimming pool that was caution tapped off and two lights that were not operational. I spoke with the management company that acknowledged the issues and agreed to remedy them. I did observe pictures from two tenants photos of rat feces. | |

The Trader Joe's had open trash containers that allowed rodents to enter this property. They installed locks and are keeping the cans closed at all times. I do not expect this problem to be completely taken care of due to the nature of living next to a grocery store. They will inevitably incur more rodents from time to time due to the close proximity to the grocer. |
