The rodent problem has been addressed by the neighboring property (Trader Joe's). The Trader Joe's had open trash containers that allowed rodents to enter this property. They installed locks and are keeping the cans closed at all times. I do not expect this problem to be completely taken care of due to the nature of living next to a grocery store. They will inevitably incur more rodents from time to time due to the close proximity to the grocer. |
