Did not observe any evidence of a rat infestation. I spoke with two tenants who explained to me that they have cleaned the area prior to my arrival so there would not be anything for me to witness. I did observe a swimming pool that was caution tapped off and two lights that were not operational. I spoke with the management company that acknowledged the issues and agreed to remedy them. I did observe pictures from two tenants photos of rat feces. |
