01/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site at property. There is a male living in the RV which is hook up to a generator located inside of the structure. He stated he does security for the owner. The structure was secured again by city contractor. The structures on the property were posted again unsafe to occupy. The structures are dilapidated and in need of repair. Electricity has been turn off at the property previously. Post at the front door Notice of violation, notice of emergency abatement and order to vacate. City contractor secured the open windows and doors.
03/22/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Went to the site and the property has been cleaned and found the suna room opened, the rear unit detached from the main house opened and the rear door on the main house opened. Was able to secure while on site all the openings with all the other openings secured. The postings are still in place of Do Not Enter on the structures. RV.
