He stated he does security for the owner. The structure was secured again by city contractor. The structures on the property were posted again unsafe to occupy. The structures are dilapidated and in need of repair. Electricity has been turn off at the property previously. Post at the front door Notice of violation, notice of emergency abatement and order to vacate. City contractor secured the open windows and doors. | |

Did advised that needs to leave due to the amount of vehicles on the property and he is not doing security if he is sleeping. Checked all the openings and found 4-openings that needed to be re-secured. Did have a generator on site and was running and was disconnected and pulled out of the main house by the rear door.. The extension cord was also removed. No work has been done to repair the house or the other structures on the property. RV. |
