01/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site Jon was sleeping in the RV and two other males were sleeping in a white Ford Truck. Posted the RV unsafe to occupy. Jon sign and received the handwritten notice to vacate. The RV was powered by a extension cords from a generator.
02/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site with owner's sons and daughter. The older son has power of attorney for the dad. The refuse, JMV and Jon is still living in the RV. The oldest son sign and submitted the trespass letter of consent.
02/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Went to the site to check the progress of the RV being off the property and meeting the family of the owner of the property. Did go over the issues of the property being unsecured by the friends of John who is staying on the property for security and is always found asleep when showing on the property early in the morning. While on site with the family, John never came out of the RV and the family members made a comment so much for the security. Did open the rear door for the family to check the status of the condition of the interior of the house. Once they check the site did re-secure the rear door. All the posting are still in place since replaced on the last inspection. RV.
02/15/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site at property. The RV, truck and one SUV have been removed from property. Two SUV remain on property
03/22/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Went to the site and the property has been cleaned and found the suna room opened, the rear unit detached from the main house opened and the rear door on the main house opened. Was able to secure while on site all the openings with all the other openings secured. The postings are still in place of Do Not Enter on the structures. RV.
03/22/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site with RV. The refuse, debris and JMV have been removed from the property. No trespassing signs (4) have been installed. Spoke to owner's daughter on the phone.
