COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Per UDC 3.3.3.G.2.c, a Development Package (DP) is required if site improvements such as new exterior fencing to enclose a courtyard are proposed. At a minimum the DP shall meet the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal and shall be submitted at https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type "Site Review." The DP must be submitted, reviewed, and approved prior to approval of this project.

1. The allowable are on the general building summary is incorrect. While the correct area will not have an affect on the buildings, it needs to be correct.
2. There are several large conference rooms and other spaces in each building that have not been included occupant load calculation. Section 1004.3 states a space by space calculation is required. Provided update occupant load calculation in accordance with Section 100.4
