E204 AREA B ELECTRICAL POWER PLAN: Could not locate Keynote #10. E205 AREA C ELECTRICAL POWER PLAN: Suggestion only. Add an extra receptacle on 1 or 2 other walls in Sign Out Rooms to accommodate future furniture changes. Suggestion applies to any rooms with only 1 receptacle on a single wall. E301 AREA A LIGHTING PLAN: Light switch control schedule has last column cut off. E302 AREA B LIGHTING PLAN: Hallways need some exit signs. Secondary side equipment could be supported by a 150 KVA transformer per typical NEC calculations. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). Sinks S1 & S5 on plan pages P200B & P500 can't discharge indirectly or connect to a bldg. drain that is indirect. -IPC 802.1 2). FS-1 on plan page P500 in HCTT lab needs a trap -IPC 1002.1 3). Plumbing plans need to have a install configuration detail for the required neutralizing tanks at the S2, S2A, S7 sinks listed on P801, show the detail on P601 or P801 & show the locations of the neutralizing tanks on plan pages P200A thru P500- IPC 803.1 4). Vacuum Piping Routing continuation note on P301A needs to refer to plan page P301B not P201B. -IPC 106.3.1 5). Plan Page A701 needs to show the side wall clearances to all restroom fixtures -IPC 404.2, 405.3.1 6). Faucets with combination eye washes on plan P801 need ASSE 1071 Mixing Valves.
