The Seismic Parameters shown on Drawing S0.1 does not match with Geotechnical Report or the Structural Calculations. Make revisions as needed. 2. Provide Shear walls analysis for the building how the Lateral Loads are transferred to the Foundations. 3. Provide calculations analyzing the Center of Loading and the Center of Rigidity of the Lateral Load Resisting system of the building. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. The north wall is within 5' of the property line, which would require a 2 hour rating. The UL listing drawing is provided, however, which assembly type that is being used has not been indicated and does not match the wall type being used. Provide clarification and what assembly is being used to achieve the two hour rating MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Roof hatch shall be located a minimum of 10' from roof edge or protected in an approved manner (MMC2018,304.11 2.
