1. As DP22-0214 has not completed the first review Zoning is not able to compare the building plans to the DP. Once the 1st review of the DP is completed and comments addressed Zoning will review the building plans for compliance with the DP. Additional comments maybe forth coming. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved by all review agencies.

2. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set shall either be the stamped approved DP sheets, marked for reference only or removed from the building plan set.

1. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018.
2. Provide Structural Code Review sheet addressing Loadings, Foundation Specs and materials specs for all materials used on this project.
3. The requirements in OSHA 1926.757 for the erection of open web steel joists are to be followed. Where steel joists are used with columns that are not framed in at least two directions with solid web structural steel members, a steel joist shall be field-bolted at the column to provide lateral stability to the column during erection. Where constructability does not allow a steel joist to be installed at the column the joists are to be stabilized on both sides of the column.
4. Except for steel joists that have been pre-assembled into panels, connections of individual steel joists to steel structures in bays 40 feet or more shall be fabricated to allow for field bolting during erection.
5. Provide a vertical stabilizer plate at columns for steel joist as required by OSHA 1926.757.
6. Verify OSHA steel erection standards for open web steel joists. Section 1926.757 (a)(8) requires connections of individual steel joists to steel structures in bays of 40 feet or more shall be fabricated to allow for field bolting during erection.
7. Show lines of bridging for K series and LH series steel joists per Steel Joists Manufacturer’s recommendations.

5). Sprinkler system stub in needs a backflow preventer. IPC 608.1
