All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Cover Sheet: The allowable area provided is not correct in reference to the use and construction type. Provide correct allowable areas. Additionally, provide clarification on the construction type. Ensure the provided constructed type is correct. 2. Sheet A02: The building code data table is incomplete and incorrect. Provide all necessary information. 3. Sheet A02:Provide a total updated calculated occupant load that includes the areas that are not in scope. 4. Sheet A02:The occupant load for the fixed seating is incorrect. Provide a corrected occupant load along with the calculations in accordance with Section 1004.6. 5. Sheet A02:The occupant load for the juice bar is incorrect. This occupant load factor does not appear on Table 1004.5. The juice bar would be part of the open area. Provide a corrected occupant load. 6. Sheet A02:The exit plan does not indicate the width of exit access components or travel distances. Provide all necessary dimensions and travel distances. 7. Sheet A02: The construction type listed is not a construction type that is recognized by the IBC. Provide a corrected construction type in accordance with Chapter 6. 8. Sheet A02: Show all exit lighting on the exit plan in accordance with Section 1013. 9. Show all existing floor plans. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied 1. Sheet E4.0: Panel VIP CB 29, 31 for CU-3 should have a 30-amp CB or smaller to match HVAC Equipment schedule on sheet E2.0. Otherwise upsize fused disconnect and wire on sheet E2.0. 2. Sheet E4.0:General Note #3 is unreadable. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1.
