STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved Conditions of approval: An engineered fill of minimum 18" thickness needs to be provided below foundations as per the geotech report recommendations as the structural design is based on soil bearing capacity linked to the engineered fill. Foundation notes and details are lacking this detail but it needs to be executed in the field else a revised foundation based on reduced soil capacity of 1500 psf would need to be provided for review and approval.
