Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved In the proposed TI work the structural work related to TI and RCP is approved. Review related to replacement/ connection of RTU's and connection of ductless units has not been provided as no such details are available for review. A separate review for Mechanical unit connections may not be required if both the conditions listed below are met: 1. Replacement unit weighs and its height being the same or less than the replaced unit, and 2. Connections are made to the same framing members as before, no new point loads are created. If any of the above two conditions are not met then a structural review is required. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied Sheet A1.0 – Provide detailed description of the scope of work. What kind of business is this (B occupancy)? What kind of products are being made (Occupancy F-1)? What is going to be stored in the warehouse? Is there high pile storage or hazardous materials? What is the existing space occupancy? Sheet A1.0 – Provide deferred submittal items. Fire sprinkler? Fire alarm? Signage? Sheet A1.0 – Provide fire alarm analysis. Yes, or No? Sheet A1.0 – Provide allowable area calculation of this building per 2018 IBC 506. What are other occupancy groups, and do they meet the allowable area requirements? Sheet A1.0 – Exiting schedule does not show required and provide travel distance to exit. Life safety plan – Provide complete life safety plan per 2018 IBC Chapter 10. Exiting plan and means of egress analysis missing. Provide provided and required common path of travel, dead end corridor, diagonal exit distance and remoteness of exit doors, total distance to exit, fire extinguisher location, exit and door and width, exit lights, etc. Life safety plan – What are the exit travel distance from most remote open office 119 and office 121 to exit door? Roof plan – Provide existing/demolish and new roof plans. Locate new roof top units, roof access, exhaust, penetration details, roof details, etc MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Provide exhaust to women's restroom sheet M1.0 (IMC2018,403.3.1.1) ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Conditionally Approved 1. Sheet E1.3: In warehouse 101, office 116 occupant sensor controls shall be installed to control lights. IECC 2018, C405.2.1 PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). Provide demo plan -IPC 106.3.1 2). This occupancy requires a high/low drinking fountain, if existing show location- IPC 403.1 3).
