Provide Structural Calculations for Foundations, Columns and Roof Framing per Section 1601.1 of International Building Code 2018. 2. Provide Wind Load Calculations for the Building per Section 1609 of International Building Code 2018. 3. Provide Seismic Calculations for the Building per Section 1613 of International Building Code 2018. 4. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. 5. Provide Geotechnical Report for the proposed building per International Building Code 2018, Section 1803.1. 6. Submit documentation regarding implementation of Special Inspections and Testing program during construction to observe compliance with the Design Concepts and Specifications. 7. Provide schedule of special inspections as required in IBC Section 1705. 8. DEFERRED SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Structural general notes are to include any components of the building that may be considered deferred submittals. IBC Section 107.3.4.1 requires deferred submittals to be approved by the building official. If items will be deferred the plans are to clearly note the following per IBC Section 107.3.4.1: * To be reviewed by design professional in responsible charge. * Design professional shall affix a notation that the deferred items are in general conformance with their design of the building. * They shall be submitted for review by the building official. * Shall not be installed until approved by building official. Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved Approved/subject to field approval ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied 1. Sheet E.01 : Include date calculation was made for maximum available fault current at panelboard A and panelboard B. This is required for label to be made and placed at service . NEC 2017, 110.24 2. Sheet E.01: Show in single line location where the connection to the grounding electrode conductor shall be made. NEC 2017. 250.24(A)(1) 3. Sheet E1.1: Show ampere rating of roof RTU 1 and RTU 2 disconnects. 4. Sheet E1.1: Show conductor sizes for walk-in coolers / freezers circuits A(17), A(19, 21) and A (31, 33). PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). 2" Inch Hub drain beneath equipment item #62 needs to be connected to the grease system on plan pages P1.0 & P1.1 2). Primary & secondary roof drain conductors need to be illustrated within the plumbing plans to their discharge terminations as stated on detail #9 on plan page A6.0. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP22-0151 and although it appears that the building plans match the DP, Zoning cannot approve the building plan until the DP is approved.
