4. Provide exhaust air to kitchens in all apartment units sheet M401 (IMC2018,403.3). on your plans you have the exhaust fan directly above the range hood with a ceiling radiation damper, not good the exhaust inlet for the kitchen shall not be directly above the range like you got it in sheets M401 and M402. it will prematurely activate the radiation damper please correct.
7" range hood shall be protected in an approved manner either with a shaft or shall be protected by an approved throughpenetration firestop system installed and tested in accordance with ASTM E814 or UL 1479. you are proposing a different fire stop system f-c-7086 which does not meet the code requirement Not Complied
5. Provide fire dampers and not radiation dampers for the main supply ducts as radiation dampers are not rated for this velocity sheet M401(IMC2018,304.1) you still got a ceiling radiation damper at the air handler plenum not a fire damper, so provide model type on the ceiling radiation damper weather it is static or dynamic. it needs to be dynamic with the proper velocity range. since you are installing smoke detectors on all apartment unit air handlers correction Complied
6. Dryer exhaust duct and bathroom exhaust penetrations of fire rated ceiling membrane penetration shall be protected in an approved manner in all apartment units sheet M401 (2018,607.6.2). You need to wrap the dryer duct in a 1 hour dryer duct shaft which is available on the market. you did not address this correction Same as correction #4 Not complied

E111 CLUBHOUSE ELECTRICAL PLAN: Need to provide short circuit calculation for Riser diagram detail #2 for panel HP2. Panel HP2 is only 2 feet away from an 18,045 amp short circuit source and was only 5,594 amps? This is an obvious error. In fact, the first calculated house panel HPE2 shown on E301 with a similar configuration was 15,770 amps. Correct and coordinate KAIC rating on panel schedule on sheet E302. Suspect 500 KVA transformer fault current shown might also be low.
E301 ELECTRICAL DETAILS:
Should use Fault calculations from Detail #2 for panel KAIC values as it will provide the most conservative values. Details #3, 6, and 9 provide lower fault calculations. May consider calling out for Series rated systems ie something similar to 42/10 KAIC equipment to avoid this issue if specifications or design allows you to use series rated equipment.
Should call out / detail aluminum connection fittings to ground rods if using Aluminum conductors to grounding electrodes to comply with NEC 250.52. Aluminum interacts poorly with soil. Update detail to assure electrical contractor does not install wrong.
E302 ELECTRICAL SCHEDULES: Panelboard HP KAIC rating is probably too low per comments from E111. Upsize HP2 KAIC rating as required per updated calculation.
