All Drawings shall be sealed and signed by a Registered Architect or Professional Engineer Registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. The Architects Stamps provided are not readable. 2. The Geotechnical Report submitted references IBC 2012 in Section 6.2.4 Seismic Design Values. Verify and make revisions to the Geotechnical Report. 3. Structural steel, components and fasteners that are exposed are to be protected against corrosion in accordance with AISC 360 Section B.13 as indicated in IBC 2018 Section 2203.1. 4. Designer is to coordinate venting and drainage hole requirements for HSS tube members that are galvanized using the hot-dip galvanizing process. Provide for plugs as needed. AWS D-19.0 calls for welds on galvanized steel to be free of zinc. Field welds on galvanized parts requires the removal of the zinc coating in the area of weld. Provide zinc paint (approved by the galvanizer) and apply as required to the weld and steel area to provide protection. 5. Provide galvanized bolts on the framing connections that are galvanized. 6. Balcony guards are to be designed for the loads provided in IBC 2018 Section 1607.8.1. 7. Refer to Drawing S101A, Foundation Plan – Building Type A (Building D) provide missing Shear Wall marks on Plan matching the Structural Calculations. There are Marks missing on this plan. 8. Refer to Drawing S101B, Foundation Plan – Building Type B (Building C & F) provide missing Shear Wall marks on Plan matching the Structural Calculations. There are Marks missing on this plan. 9. Sheet G000 and G0001: Each page states a different type of sprinkler system will be used. G000 states that a NFPA 13R system will be used and G001 states that a NFPA 13 system is being used. While both sprinkler systems a permitted to be used on this project, please provide clarification as to which system is being utilized. 2. Sheet G001: Provide a complete unit matrix that indicates that indicates the square footages of each unit type. Additionally, provide the accessible unit calculations showing the minimum required Type A units provided throughout the project and indicate on the floor plans the locations of the accessible units. 3. Sheet G001: Indicates the presence of a firewall, however, the location of the firewall is not indicated on the architectural floor plans. Please indicate the location of the firewall by the use of wall tags in relation to comment #10 and all necessary associated details. 4. Sheet G011: It appears that this sheet only indicates the rated assemblies and not all the partition types provided in the project. When a partition type is required to be rated; refence the appropriate UL rated assembly provided. 5. Sheets G101A-G121: The plans are difficult to read due to the hatching present. If hatching is not necessary to communicate necessary information; provide a key to the purpose of the hatching and make it lighter. 6. Sheets G101A-G121: Some of the travel distances shown travel through walls, stairs and the outside of stairs. Travel distance is required to be measured along a natural and unobstructed path. Please correct the travel distance paths and measurements. 7. Sheets G101A-G121: Some of travel distances are not counting the travel on the stairs as they are considered exit access stairways and not an exit. Please provide corrected travel distances from the second and third floors. 8. Sheet G003: Provide a drawing that indicates accessible paths throughout the site from site arrival. 9.
