Sheets G121: The clubhouse appears to be an assembly space and the occupant load is calculated incorrectly. Provide a corrected occupant load for the clubhouse space in accordance with Table 1004. The business exception only applies once you have calculated the assembly space at the correct assembly occupant load. If the occupant load is less 50, it then can be considered a business occupancy. The presence of an occupant load sign does not meet the minimum requirements of occupant load calculations. Provide a corrected occupant load calculation. NOT COMPLIED. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated Development Package. While the building plans are consistent with the associated DP as it relates to the zoning review purview of the Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc., zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP has been approved by all review agencies. 2.
