Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the PAD-12. Medical Service Major is a permitted use in this PAD.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0302, although the plans appear to match what was shown on the DP, until the DP is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plans.

2. COMMENT: Provide documentation from that the requirements of PAD-12 Section C-12 have been complied with.
